Mechanical Engineer – Licensing & Permitting Technical Consultant

Ioannis E. Lambrakis was born in 1975 in Dafnes, Heraklion, Crete. He is a Mechanical Engineer, a graduate of the Technological Educational Institute (TEI) of Heraklion, School of Engineering (STEF), Department of Mechanical Engineering.

Since 1998, he has been professionally active in Santorini, maintaining a continuous presence in both the technical and business sectors. He is the co-founder and head of the technical company Schema In Thera O.E., through which he provides integrated technical support and licensing services for businesses, with a strong focus on food & beverage establishments and tourism facilities.

He has extensive experience in the preparation of mechanical engineering studies, technical reports, regulatory compliance documentation, fire safety studies, and the coordination of licensing and approval dossiers submitted to public authorities. His professional approach is based on the clear interpretation of legislation, a structured methodology, and the transformation of complex regulatory procedures into practical, implementable solutions for business owners and engineers.

In parallel, he develops innovative tools and systems for licensing support (B.L.E.P.), contributing substantially to improving efficiency and transparency within the technical and business environment.
