Andreas Fanidis is a Civil Engineer and Projects Performance Specialist with over eighteen years of experience in large-scale infrastructure, energy, and commercial projects. With postgraduate studies in Project & Enterprise Management (UCL), he has developed deep expertise in cost control, schedule management, contract administration, risk oversight, and the technical supervision of complex works.

He has served as Director of Cost & Schedule Certification for the Independent Engineer of the Amfilochia Pumped Storage Hydropower Project, and as Deputy Project Manager (Construction) for the E-65 Motorway Deferred Section, where he oversaw cost governance, milestone certification, quality assurance, and construction performance monitoring across major civil works.

His previous roles include Project Manager for high-value commercial, banking, and hospitality developments, as well as extensive site-engineering experience in the Ionia Odos Motorway. His portfolio spans tendering, cash-flow monitoring, structural works, LEED-related supervision, design interpretation, and multi-stakeholder coordination.
